Owner, Managing Partner

Karen Lungarelli is the owner and managing partner of Lungarelli Law. She graduated from the University of Miami School of Law. Prior to opening her own practice, Karen trained with some of the top divorce and family law attorneys in Florida. Karen brings with her the skills and knowledge of the big firm atmosphere to a more personal practice where the client’s individual needs are a top priority.

Karen has repeatedly been recognized and selected for inclusion in Florida Super Lawyers. Florida Super Lawyers is an honor and recognition awarded to only 2.5% of attorneys in the state of Florida. Karen was appointed to the Florida Bar Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee in 2017 and has remained an active member. Karen is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator.

Karen devotes 100% of her practice to the areas of marital and family law matters including divorce, establishment and disestablishment of paternity, distribution of assets, preparation of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, child custody, parenting plans, alimony, child support, relocation, modification actions, adoptions, LGBTQ issues, and mediation.

Karen graduated cum laude from Elon University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Prior to attending law school, Karen received a Masters of Public Administration from the University of New Hampshire and worked in public policy. She graduated from the University of Miami, School of Law, receiving her Juris Doctor. During her time at the University of Miami, she was the president of the Family Law Society and a student member of the First Family Law Inns of Court.
